Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of August 20, 2004 No. 117-FZ "About accumulative and mortgage system of housing providing the military personnel" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 34, Art. 3532; 2007, No. 50, Art. 6237; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2011, No. 27, Art. 3879; 2012, No. 26, Art. 3443; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; No. 30, Art. 4084; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2930; 2016, No. 14, Art. 1905; No. 18, Art. 2494; 2017, No. 11, Art. 1541; 2019, No. 31, Art. 4475; No. 52, Art. 7824) following changes:

1) in Article 3:

a) add with Item 4.1 of the following content:

"4. 1) additional payment - the money allocated from the federal budget to authorized federal body for provision to the participant or members of his family, and in case of absence of family members at the participant to his parents (adoptive parents) and children who are not specified regarding 1 article 12 of this Federal Law according to this Federal Law for the period of date of provision of such money before date when the general duration of military service of the participant in calendar calculation (further - the general duration of military service) could constitute twenty years (without investment income);";

b) add Item 6 with the subitem "B. 1" the following content:

". 1) the money allocated to authorized federal body for provision of additional payments to participants;";

2) in Article 4:

a) to state Item 3 of part 1 in the following edition:

"3) provisions by authorized federal body according to the solution of federal executive body or federal state body in which the Federal Law provides military service, additional payment in the amount of and according to the procedure which are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
