5(1). Determine that when calculating the average per capita income of family for purpose of the monthly payment in connection with the birth (adoption) of the child before achievement of age by it 3 years established by the Federal Law "About Additional Measures of the State Support of the Families Having Children" the income, and also the amounts of one-time financial support paid for the account of means of the federal budget, budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation, local budgets and other sources to the citizens who are called up for military service on mobilization in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2022 No. 647 "About the announcement of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation" is not considered.

The decision on refusal in purpose of monthly allowance in connection with the birth and education of the child due to the lack in settlement period at able-bodied members of the family of the applicant of income gained in cash is not accepted if such family members were called up for military service on mobilization in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2022 No. 647 "About the announcement of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation".

7. In case of decision making about provision of measures of social support taking into account the provisions provided by Items 1 - 6 these resolutions, their appointment are performed for 6 months.

8. Documents (data) necessary for confirmation of the fact of conscription on mobilization, are represented to the body authorized on implementation of measures of social support and the government public assistance by the applicant independently.

9. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
