About approval of the Instruction for determination of standards of sufficiency (adequacy) of the capital of commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve the Instruction for determination of standards of sufficiency (adequacy) of the capital of commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic it (is applied).

3. Establish completion date commercial banks of requirements for calculation of coefficient of leverazh (K2.4) provided in Item 7 of the Instruction for determination of standards of sufficiency (adequacy) of the capital of commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic since January 1, 2023.

4. Establish for commercial banks effective period of the subitem 2 of Item 21 of the Instruction for determination of standards of sufficiency (adequacy) of the capital of commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic in the part concerning exception of the intangible assets connected with technical and software products till January 1, 2026.

5. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

6. To legal management:

- from the date of receipt of the relevant documents within 3 (three) working days to publish this resolution on the official website of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- after official publication to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for entering into the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
