Order of interaction of banks, other credit institutions with the information system "One Window" in the sphere of foreign trade activity

1. Interaction of banks, other credit institutions (further - Participants) with the information system "One Window" in the sphere of foreign trade activity (further - IS "One Window") is performed by means of information interaction of IS "One Window" and information systems of the Participants connected to the infrastructure providing information and technological interaction of the information systems used for provision of the state and municipal services and execution of the state and municipal functions electronically with use of the single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction provided by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 8, 2010 No. 697 "About single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 38, Art. 4823; 2022, No. 29, the Art. 5498) (further - SMEV).

2. For the organization of interaction of Participants with IS "One Window" Participants create in the used information systems in electronic form the request for interaction with IS "One Window" (further - the request) and send it to the operator of IS "One Window" by means of SMEV according to formats of interaction of IS "One Window" with the information systems of Participants (further - interaction formats) developed by the operator of IS "One Window" based on the subitem "v" of Item 13 of the Rules of functioning of the information system "One Window" in the sphere of foreign trade activity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 28, 2022 No. 65 (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 6, the Art. 876), and the subitem "an" of Item 11 of the Regulations on single system of the interdepartmental electronic interaction approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 8, 2010 No. 697.

Formats of interaction are posted on the official site of the operator of IS "One Window" on the Internet (further - Internet network) not later than 90 calendar days about day of their application.

Sending to the operator of IS "One Window" the request, the Participant confirms reliability of the data (information) specified in the request.

3. Concerning the Participant who sent the request to the operator of IS "One Window" there shall be no information on response (cancellation) at the Participant of the license for banking operations posted on the official site of the Central bank of the Russian Federation in Internet network.

4. In case of receipt of the request the operator of IS "One Window" provides carrying out in the automatic mode of verification of the data (information) specified in the request within one working day following behind day of its obtaining.

5. The request is rejected by the operator of IS "One Window" in the following cases:

discrepancy of the directed request to formats of interaction;

discrepancy of the Participant who directed the request, to the requirement specified in Item 3 presents of the Procedure;

unauthenticity of the data (information) containing in the directed request.

6. By results of conducting verification of the request the operator of IS "One Window" within one working day following behind day of the end of check:

provides access to the Participant to IS "One Window" and assigns unique number of the Participant in IS "One Window";

sends with use of SMEV to the Participant who directed the request, information on the assigned unique number of the Participant or in case of variation of the request informs on it by means of SMEV of the Participant who directed the request with indication of the reason of its variation (further - information on results of processing of the request).

7. The operator of IS "One Window" stops interaction of IS "One Window" with the Participant in case of receipt by the operator of IS "One Window" of information on discrepancy of the Participant to the requirement specified in Item 3 presents of the Procedure.

In case of the termination of interaction of IS "One Window" with the Participant the operator of IS "One Window" no later than the day following behind day of such termination informs in time the Participant on the termination of access for the Participant to IS "One Window" by the direction of the official letter on paper signed by the head (or person authorized by it) the operator of IS "One Window".
