According to Articles 11, 13, 14, 18 Laws of Ukraine "About medicines", subitems 1, 2, paragraphs the twenty second, twenty fifth, forty fifth the subitem 12 Item 4, Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 No. 90), Items 1 and 4 of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on medicines and control of drugs approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 12, 2015 No. 647, for the purpose of increase in export of domestic medicines, PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Approve the Procedure for certification of quality of medicines for international trade and for active pharmaceutical ingredients which are exported which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of December 7, 2012 No. 1008 "About approval of the Procedure for certification of quality of medicines for international trade and for active pharmaceutical ingredients which are exported", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 28, 2012 for No. 2218/22530.
3. To management of provision of medicines (Zadvornykh I. S.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Komaridu A. A.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
