For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of the intergovernmental commissions on trade and economic and to sci-tech cooperation the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

the chairman, the vice-chairman and the secretary of the Moldavian part of the Intergovernmental Moldavian-Kazakh commission on trade and economic cooperation, according to appendix No. 1;

the chairman, the vice-chairman and the secretary of the Moldavian part of the Intergovernmental Moldavian-Belarusian commission on trade and economic cooperation, according to appendix No. 2;

the chairman, the vice-chairman and the secretary of the Moldavian part of the Intergovernmental Moldavian-Slovak commission on trade and economic cooperation, according to appendix No. 3;

the chairman, the vice-chairman and the secretary of the Moldavian part of the Intergovernmental Moldavian-Turkmen commission on trade and economic cooperation, according to appendix No. 4;

the chairman, the vice-chairman and the secretary of the Moldavian part of the Intergovernmental Moldavian-Georgian commission on trade and economic cooperation, according to appendix No. 5;

2. To chairmen of the commissions to approve members of the Moldavian part of the commissions depending on questions which are subject to discussion within the joint working sittings.

3. To the ministries presiding in the intergovernmental commissions of the State office and Academy of Sciences of Moldova to provide the financial resources necessary for the organization of meetings in their budgets.

4. To the commissions in the activities to be guided by Standard regulations on activities of the Moldavian part of the intergovernmental mixed commissions on economic, trade, and to sci-tech cooperation, the approved Order of the Government No. 920 of September 3, 1998.
