About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the state company "Kyrgyzkomur" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of strengthening of energy security of the Kyrgyz Republic by strengthening of potential of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic on operational administration and management of fuel and energy complex of the Kyrgyz Republic of jurisdictional enterprises, and also uninterrupted providing industries of economy and the population of the Kyrgyz Republic with heat energy and fuel resources, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of activities of the state companies" of September 11, 2019 No. 468 the following change:
Item 5-2 after the words "add the state company "Chong-Alaykomur" with words ", the state company "Kyrgyzkomur" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic".
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 247 the following changes:
in Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the specified resolution:
- to add the subitem 2 of Item 10 with the paragraph third the following content:
