About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 4. To add article 13 of the Code with part 4 following of content:
"4. The rules provided by this Article are applied after recognition of the corresponding court resolution in the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 5. Regarding 1 article 15 of the Code of the word", Article 266, part 1 of Article 341 or part 1 of Article 342" shall be replaced with words "or Article 266".
Article 6. Regarding the 2nd article 17 of the Code of the word "imprisonments" shall be replaced with words "imprisonments".
Article 7. To state part 1 of article 30 of the Code in the following edition:
