Based on paragraph two of subitem 4.1 of item 4 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 19, 2022 No. 164-Z "About payment systems and payment services" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus POSTANOVLYAYUT:

1. Establish the list of the payments which are subject to acceptance by means of payment system in single settlement and information space according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. Payment of training at paid basis in educational institutions.

2. Payment of the medical services rendered by healthcare institutions on paid basis.

3. Payment of the social services rendered by organizations of social servicing on paid basis.

4. Payment of the notarial actions and services of legal and technical nature made by notaries.

5. Fee, the notarial archives rendered by workers.

6. Payment for rendering legal aid by lawyers.

7. Fee of radio - and telecastings.

8. Payment of telecommunication services (fixed, mobile communication, global computer Internet).

9. Debt repayment on the credit and interest for using by it.

10. Replenishment of the current (settlement) bank accounts of physical persons, accounts on accounting of deposits (deposits).

11. Replenishment of e-wallets.

12. Fee of the insurance companies included in the register of insurance agents.

14. Payments within agreements of microloan.
