1. Approve the enclosed Instruction on assessment of office activities of local authorities of military management.

2. To provide to department of organizational and mobilization work of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication;

3) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item within ten working days from the date of state registration.

3. Declare invalid orders of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) of May 31, 2019 No. 407 "About approval of the Instruction on assessment of office activities of local authorities of military management" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 18800);

2) of June 17, 2022 No. 435 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 31, 2019 No. 407 "About approval of the Instruction on assessment of office activities of local authorities of military management" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 28528).

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Defence – the chief of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Bring this order to officials in the part concerning them.

6. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
