2. Recommend to city administration Talas in accordance with the established procedure:

3) to register the property right to property in registration authorities according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

4) to use the transferred company for purpose for increase in revenues of the local budget, with establishment of prohibition of further alienation of property complex of the transferred company, including its part;

5) according to Article 77 of the Labor code of the Kyrgyz Republic to keep employment relationships with employees of the transferred company.

3. To fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- together with city administration Talas to provide reception-transmission of GP Broadcasting Company "Talas" and parcel of land, specified in Item 1 of this resolution, in municipal property of city administration Talas in a month;

- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

- take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of subordinated divisions and organizations of the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 10, 2021 No. 300 the following change:

- in the scheme of management of Fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution "The state company the trade and market Talas complex under Fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic" to exclude line item.
