About Service of legal aid under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of improvement of activities of subordinated division of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic realizing policy of the state in the field of the legal aid guaranteed by the state according to article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the legal aid guaranteed by the state", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Rename the Center for coordination of the legal aid guaranteed by the state under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic into Service of legal aid under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve Regulations on Service of legal aid under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1.
3. Determine that the Service of legal aid under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic performs coordination of activities of state bodies, local government bodies and organizations subordinated to them concerning provision of the legal aid guaranteed by the state according to their competence.
4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 5, 2021 No. 78 the following change:
to state the scheme of management of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
