According to Article 13, to the paragraph to the second "About electronic communications" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and rendering services of mail service DECIDES: parts one of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine
1. Approve enclosed:
instruction form of elimination of violations of the law of electronic communications and radio-frequency range;
order form of elimination of violations of the law of electronic communications and radio-frequency range;
which are specified in the instruction about elimination of violations of the law about electronic communications and radio-frequency range.
2. To submit to department of the state supervision in the procedure established by the legislation this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
