Some questions of transfer to lease of state-owned property

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that for warlike situation and within three months after its termination or cancellation the state company "Guarantor service" has the right to lease state-owned property without holding the auction.

2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2020 No. 483 "Some questions of lease of the state-owned and municipal property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 51, Art. 1585; 2021, No. 28, the Art. 1587, No. 51, the Art. 3151) and of April 28, 2021 No. 630 "Some questions of calculation of the rent for state-owned property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 51, Art. 3151; 2022, No. 46, the Art. 2528) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2020 No. 483 and of April 28, 2021 No. 630

1. In appendices to the Procedure for transfer to lease of the state-owned and municipal property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2020 No. 483:

Appendix 1 to add 1) with Item 3-2 of the following content:

"3-2. The state company "Guarantor service" for providing catering services and trade servicing of employees of public authorities, and also bodies (devices) formed for ensuring activities of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and also for the organization of servicing of official and representative actions the charter of the state company";

Appendix 4 after the paragraph of the sixth to add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"the state company "Guarantor service" which leases property with target functional purpose for providing catering services and trade servicing of employees of public authorities, and also bodies (devices) formed for ensuring activities of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and also for the organization of servicing of official and representative actions;".

2. To state Item 13-1 of the Method of calculation of the rent for state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 28, 2021 No. 630, in the following edition:

"13-1. The monthly rent for real estate lease in the amount of 1 hryvnia for 1 sq.m of the area is established to the following lessees:

state company of Ukraine "International children's center "Artek" for organization of improvement and rest of children";

the state company "Guarantor service" which leases property with target functional purpose for providing catering services and trade servicing of employees of public authorities, and also bodies (devices) formed for ensuring activities of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and also for the organization of servicing of official and representative actions.".
