For the purpose of involvement in agricultural land turnover, subject to kulturtekhnichesky melioration, I decide:

3. Transfer from the republican budget to consolidated budgets of areas the interbudget transfers to financing of the expenses connected with carrying out kulturtekhnichesky melioration on the reclaimed lands at the expense of the means called in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this Decree, in the total amount of 66 000 thousand rubles, including the Brest region - the 18th 600, 4 thousand rubles, Vitebsk - 10 192 thousand rubles, Gomel - 9682, 4 thousand rubles, Grodno - 6370 thousand rubles, Minsk - the 11th 976, 6 thousand rubles, the Mogilev region - 9178, 6 thousand rubles.

Lists of the organizations - receivers of means and amounts of their financing at the expense of funds of consolidated budgets of areas for financing of expenses according to part one of this Item are determined by regional executive committees in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

4. To the Ministry of Finance in the course of execution of the republican budget to make changes to expenses, deficit (surplus) and sources of financing of deficit (the direction of use of surplus) of the republican budget according to part one of Item 3 of this Decree.

11-1.6. technical supervision - the activities of the customer or user of meliorative systems for control of compliance of the rendered services, the applied materials, products and designs to requirements of technical regulatory legal acts performed when rendering services in operation (servicing) of meliorative systems and separately located hydraulic engineering constructions.";

Confer on chairmen of regional executive committees the personal responsibility for involvement in agricultural land turnover after carrying out kulturtekhnichesky melioration on the area of 25,9 of one thousand hectares, including in the Brest region - 7,3 of one thousand hectares, Vitebsk - 4 thousand hectares, Gomel - 3,8 of one thousand hectares, Grodno - 2,5 of one thousand hectares, Minsk - 4,7 of one thousand hectares, the Mogilev region - 3,6 of one thousand hectares.

8. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Item 5 - after official publication of this Decree also extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2022;
