1. Determine the organizations authorized on implementation of initial payment of share of the Republic of Belarus in the authorized capital of the Eurasian reinsurance company in the amount of 25 percent in 2022-2023:
The Belarusian republican unitary enterprise of export-import insurance "Beleksimgarant" – in the amount of 715 000 000 Russian rubles;
The Belarusian republican unitary insurance enterprise Belgosstrakh – in the amount of 205 000 000 Russian rubles;
the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian National Reinsurance Organization" – in the amount of 205 000 000 Russian rubles.
Determine the organizations authorized on implementation of payment of share of the Republic of Belarus in the authorized capital of the Eurasian reinsurance company in 2024:
The Belarusian republican unitary enterprise of export-import insurance "Beleksimgarant" – in the amount of 675 000 000 Russian rubles;
The Belarusian republican unitary insurance enterprise Belgosstrakh – in the amount of 506 250 000 Russian rubles;
the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian National Reinsurance Organization" – in the amount of 506 250 000 Russian rubles.
The authorized organizations specified in parts one and the second this Item, payment of share of the Republic of Belarus in the authorized capital of the Eurasian reinsurance company is made for the retained earnings account, and in case of its absence – at the expense of other sources according to the legislation and is reflected in financial accounting as a part of the long-term financial investments.
