About stabilization funds of goods

Based on subitem 1.7 of Item 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 "About state regulation of trade and public catering" and for the purpose of uninterrupted providing the consumer market with goods the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 128-Z

1. Determine that regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom annually provide forming in the territory of the corresponding administrative and territorial units and use of stabilization funds of goods which production has seasonal nature * or inventories of which need to be created taking into account ensuring balance of the consumer market (further if other is not established, - respectively stabilization funds and goods).

2. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and use of stabilization funds of goods it (is applied).

3. Assign:

coordination of work on forming and use of stabilization funds - on the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food;

control over the implementation of this resolution regarding providing the consumer market with goods during the interseasonal period - on regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom.

4. Declare invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2016 No. 571 "About creation in the Republic of Belarus of stabilization funds (inventories) of the food products realized in the territory of the republic";
