1. Approve the enclosed Instruction on the organization of calculation of length of service by the serviceman of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To provide to the center of provision of pensions of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of the order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 17, 2019 No. 27 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of calculation of length of service by the serviceman of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 18216).

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy defense secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Bring this order to officials in the part concerning them.

6. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
