About some questions of republican property

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize the republican state state company "The center of the Olympic preparation of Nour-Sultan of Committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan by allocation from it the republican state state company "Center of the Olympic Preparation for Fight Types" of Committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the company).

2. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company Committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the company implementation of activities in the field of sport.

3. To the Ministry for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from Item 1 of this resolution.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 04.10.2023 No. 865

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
