About implementation of collection of cash in foreign currency

Based on paragraphs of the forty fourth and forty fifth of Article 26, of paragraphs two and the fourth Article 30 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that during the period till December 31, 2023:

1.1. legal entities - residents under the currency agreements signed with legal entities - nonresidents, individual entrepreneurs - nonresidents, by preparation of documents for collection of cash in the foreign currency received from legal entities - nonresidents, individual entrepreneurs - nonresidents when carrying out the transactions connected with export can draw up set of the preprovoditelny sheet to bag (sack) with currency and other values of form 0402090007, the established appendix 8 to the Instruction on the organization and implementation of the collection and transportation of values approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 2, 2020 No. 379, on total quantity of the handed-over places and for the total amount of the collected values;

1.2. the representative of the legal entity - the resident for delivery of the cash received according to subitem 1.1 of this Item can show to collectors three copies of the preprovoditelny sheet to bag (sack) with currency and other values of form 0402090007, the established appendix 8 to the Instruction on the organization and implementation of collection and transportation of values;

1.3. the banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations having special permission (license) for the right of implementation of collection of cash, precious metals, gemstones and other values can perform acceptance and recalculation of the cash received according to subitem 1.1 of this Item, without the requirements established by part seven of Item 54 of the Instruction on the organization and implementation of collection and transportation of values, part two of Item 43 and Item 44 of the Instruction on the organization of the cash work in banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2006 No. 211;

1.4. for the purposes of this resolution terms in the values determined in article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003 No. 226-Z "About currency control and currency exchange control" are applied.

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in the Instruction on the organization of the cash work in banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2006 No. 211:

the second Item 43 to add part with words ", except as specified, provided by regulatory legal acts of National Bank";

add Item 44 with part of the following content:

"Requirements of this Item can not be applied in the cases provided by regulatory legal acts of National Bank.";

2.2. the seventh Item 54 of the Instruction on the organization and implementation of the collection and transportation of values approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 2, 2020 No. 379, to add part with words ", except as specified, provided by regulatory legal acts of National Bank".

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
