Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014 No. 35 "About approval of lists of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by state bodies, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72

1. No. 66 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of 24.10.2022

2. Determine that:

2.1. selling prices on part of carcass of hens, broilers are created by subjects of managing taking into account market situation and the restrictions set by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2022 No. 713 "About system of price regulation", regulations of exit, coefficients of nutrition value of parts of carcass of hens, the broilers approved as the head of the subject of managing and proceeding from:

producers - selling price of carcass of hens, broilers of the corresponding category (grade) realized by this producer on the date of pricing on part of carcass of hens, broilers;

other subjects of managing - the prices of acquisition of carcass of hens, broilers.

The cost of two semi-carcasses, front and back quarter timbers of carcass taking into account their regulations of exits and coefficients of nutrition value shall not exceed costs of the carcass of hens, broilers specified in paragraphs second and third to part one of this subitem.

The cost of parts of carcass of hens, the broilers who are not specified in part two of this subitem taking into account their regulations of exits and coefficients of nutrition value shall not exceed costs of the carcass of hens, broilers specified in paragraphs second and third to the part one of this subitem increased by 10 percent.

In case of realization of parts of carcass of hens, broilers in consumer packaging selling prices increase by the cost of consumer packaging at the price of its acquisition;

2.2. in the part which is not settled by this resolution, establishment and use of the prices when cutting carcass of hens, broilers on part it is performed according to the legislation.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and is effective within 90 days.
