About entering of amendment into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2017 No. 933 "About the list of the water management constructions having special strategic importance including which can be leased also trust management" and transfer of lands of especially protected natural territories to lands of inventory

According to Article 13 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About especially protected natural territories" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2017 No. 933 "About the list of the water management constructions having special strategic importance including which can be leased also trust management" the following amendment:

in the list of the water management constructions having special strategic importance including which can be leased also trust management, approved by the specified resolution:

add Item 5 with line of the following content:

"The Selezaderzhivayushchy dike in river basin Aksay.".

2. Transfer the earth of republican public institution "Ile-Alatausky state national natural park" of Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – national park) total area of 20,9 of hectare from category of lands of especially protected natural territories to category of lands of inventory of Karasaysky district of Almaty region for construction of selezaderzhivayushchy dike in river basin Aksay according to appendix to this resolution.

3. Of Almaty region in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide to the akim:

1) provision to public institution of Kazselezashchit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the parcel of land specified in Item 2 of this resolution;

2) preserving objects of natural and reserved fund.

4. To public institution of Kazselezashchit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with transfer of lands of especially protected natural territories to lands of inventory according to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to compensate in the income of the republican budget of loss of forestry and landscape production and to take measures for clearing of the square with transfer of the received wood at balance of national park.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
