According to Item 8 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 8 of appendix No. 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, for the purpose of implementation of the subitem "an" of Item 2 and taking into account Item 3 of the Procedure for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of products which are subject to obligatory assessment of conformity on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 12, 2021 No. 130, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

Determine that the list approved by this Decision is applied only to the imported (imported) products, to which the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of meat and meat products" (TR CU 034/2013) is provided evaluating compliance in the declaration form taking into account that concerning the imported (imported) products concerning which the specified technical regulation provides evaluating compliance in the form of state registration or veterinary and sanitary examination confirmation of observance of measures of technical regulation is performed according to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 No. 299 and the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 317 respectively.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
