In case of recognition of transactions by court invalid and receipts of the message according to the procedure of part 3 of Article 253 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - GPK) about availability in actions of the parties, other participants of process, the official or other person of essential elements of offense to direct to bodies of prosecutor's office on competence the corresponding materials to bodies of financial police or internal affairs for production of pretrial investigation and inquiry.
2. To bodies of financial police and internal affairs in the procedure established by the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take measures for comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of the circumstances necessary and sufficient for the correct permission of case.
3. To bodies of prosecutor's office quarterly to carry out reconciliations with courts, law-enforcement bodies and financial police about 3 Articles directed by courts according to the procedure of part 253 GPK messages and results of their consideration.
4. To impose control of execution of this joint order on supervising the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on fight against economic and corruption crime (financial police), the deputy attorney general of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of the latest signing by one of state bodies.
