About approval of the list of the exporters of raw materials having the right to application of the simplified procedure for return of excess of the value added tax when converting at least 50 percent of the currency earnings which arrived for tax period

According to the subitem 3) of Item 2 of article 434 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: (Tax code)

1. Approve the enclosed list of the exporters of raw materials having the right to application of the simplified return of excess of the value added tax when converting at least 50 percent of the currency earnings which arrived for tax period.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
