About calculations for natural gas, electrical and heat energy

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure of payments for natural gas, electrical and heat energy I decide:

1. Bring in subitem 1.2.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2010 No. 670 "About some questions of payment of natural gas, electrical and heat energy" the following changes:

add part one with words ", except for the case determined in part fourteen of this subitem";

add the subitem with part of the following content:

"From July 1 to December 31, 2022 the debt of consumers for the energy resources released gazo-and the power supplying organizations, formed since January 1, 2022 is subject to repayment without its recalculation in connection with change of ratio of the official rate of Belarusian ruble established by National Bank to the foreign currency used for calculations for energy resources on repayment date of this debt;".

2. Determine that to the first following after month of the publication of this Decree gazo-and the power supplying organizations being part of GPO "Beltopgaz", GPO "Belenergo" consumers taking into account provisions of Item 1 of this Decree perform adjustment of data of business and tax accounting with payment in need of taxes, charges and other payments.

3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.

Action of Item 1 of this Decree extends to the relations which arose since July 1, 2022.
