Bring in the Federal Law of December 27, 2018 No. 498-FZ "About the responsible treatment of animals and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 53, Art. 8424; 2022, No. 29, Art. 5236) following changes:
Article 3 to add 1) with Item 13 of the following content:
"13) seeing eye dog - dog with equipment set who accompanies the visually impaired person and on which the document confirming its special training (the passport of the established sample of seeing eye dog) is issued.";
