1. Approve the standard of the organization of medical care in case of professional pathology in the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this order.
1) the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 25, 2012 No. 374 "About approval of the Regulations on organization activity of health care, providing medical care on professional pathology to the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 7748);
2) the order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 2015 No. 1032 "About approval of the Standard of the organization of medical care for professional pathology in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 13386).
3. To provide to department of the organization of medical care of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
