form of the notification on refusal in provision of the license for implementation of space activities according to appendix No. 6;

form of the notification on refusal in modification of the register of licenses according to appendix No. 7;

form of the termination letter of action of the license for implementation of space activities according to appendix No. 8;

form of the appraisal report of compliance of the job seeker of the license/licensee to licensed requirements according to appendix No. 9.

2. This order is effective till September 1, 2028.
