The administrative regulations establish procedure for provision of the state service in provision to the Russian organizations of the special operating authority for conducting independent identification examination of goods and technologies for the purpose of export control (further - the state service).

2. The state service is provided to the Russian legal entities, and also their authorized representatives specified in the table 2 of appendix No. 1 to Administrative regulations (further - the applicant).

3. The state service shall be provided to the applicant according to option of provision of the state service.

4. The option of provision of the state service (further - option) is determined according to the table 2 of appendix No. 1 to Administrative regulations, proceeding from the applicant's signs established in the table 1 of appendix No. 1, and also from result of provision of the state service for which provision the specified applicant addressed.

5. Signs of the applicant are determined by the profiling performed according to Administrative regulations.

10. In case of the request of the applicant for renewal of the Certificate the Certificate is result of the state service (the original document on paper).

10.1. Forming of the register entry as result of provision of the state service is not provided.

10.2. The document containing the decision on service provision based on which the result is provided to the applicant is the Certificate containing the following details: certificate number, date of issue of the Certificate.

11. In case of the request of the applicant for cancellation of the Certificate the letter of Authority on cancellation of the Certificate is result of the state service (the paper document or the document in electronic form signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature - at the choice of the applicant).
