According to part three of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About standardization" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Approve parameters of search of national standards and codes of common practice which obligation of application is established by regulatory legal acts, and also the national standards developed at the expense of budgetary funds which are attached.

Parameters of search of national standards and codes of common practice which obligation of application is established by regulatory legal acts, and also the national standards developed at the expense of budgetary funds

1. These parameters are determined for search of national standards and codes of common practice which obligation of application is established by regulatory legal acts, and also the national standards developed at the expense of budgetary funds which texts are posted on the official website of the state company "UKRNIUTS" for free access to them.

2. Texts of the national standards harmonized with the international and European standards and national standards of other countries are not posted on the official website of the state company "UKRNIUTS" for free access to them.

3. In these parameters the term "context of the national standard and code of common practice" means the short characteristic of the national standard or the code of common practice which gives the chance to establish its main content.

Other terms in these parameters are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About standardization".

4. The state company "UKRNIUTS" posts texts of national standards and codes of common practice which obligation of application is established by regulatory legal acts, and also the national standards developed at the expense of budgetary funds with possibility of search in such parameters on the official website:

1) designation of the national standard and code of common practice which obligation of application is established by the regulatory legal act, and also designation of the national standard developed at the expense of budgetary funds;
