Article 1. Only those Federal constitutional Laws, the Federal Laws, acts of chambers of Federal Assembly which are officially published are in the territory of the Russian Federation applied.

Article 6. The Federal constitutional Laws, the Federal Laws, acts of chambers of Federal Assembly become effective at the same time in all territory of the Russian Federation after ten days after day of their official publication if the laws or acts of chambers do not establish other procedure for their introduction in force.

Article 7. "Russian Federation Code" is the official periodical in which the Federal constitutional Laws, the Federal Laws, acts of chambers of Federal Assembly, decrees and orders of the President of the Russian Federation, the resolution and the order of the Government of the Russian Federation, the solution of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on interpretation of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and on compliance of the Constitution of the Russian Federation of the laws, regulations of the President of the Russian Federation, the Federation Council, the State Duma, the Government of the Russian Federation or separate provisions of the listed acts are published.

Article 8. "Russian Federation Code" consists of five Sections:

the Federal constitutional Laws, the Federal Laws are published in the first Section;

acts of chambers of Federal Assembly are published in the second Section;

decrees and orders of the President of the Russian Federation are published in the third Section;

resolutions and orders of the Government of the Russian Federation are published in the fourth Section;

solutions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on interpretation of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and on compliance of the Constitution of the Russian Federation of the laws, regulations of the President of the Russian Federation, the Federation Council, the State Duma, the Government of the Russian Federation or separate provisions of the listed acts are published in the fifth Section.

In case of the publication of the resolution of chamber of Federal Assembly its name, the official who signed it the place and date of its acceptance, registration number are specified. In case of the publication of other act of chamber of Federal Assembly its name, the place and date of its acceptance, registration number are specified.
