1. From August 15, 2019 to December 31, 2019 to provide the organization of pilot project for remote provision of the state service "Issue and Withdrawal of the Registration Certificate of National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - service) and the "Registration in Base of Mobile Citizens" service (further - service) by means of video conference in Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Russian Federations in the city of Moscow.

2. Approve the enclosed Algorithm of interaction of Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation (further - Embassy) and non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation (further - State corporation) on remote rendering service and service by means of video conference according to appendix to this joint order.

3. To development department of "the electronic government" and the state services of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to Department of consular service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring this approved joint order to the attention of State corporation and Embassy.

4. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the responsible secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Seytimov N. M. and the vice-minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ospanov A. E.

5. This joint order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
