Determine that checks of observance of requirements to movement of the heavy and (or) large-size vehicle, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation about highways and about road activities and the state control of implementation of the international motor transportations (weight and dimensional control), concerning the vehicles transporting food products, and also nonfoods of prime necessity specified in the recommended list of nonfoods of prime necessity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 27, 2020 No. 762-r within the state control (supervision) of implementation of the international motor transportations at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation are not carried out.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is effective till February 1, 2023.
