About determination of check points through frontier of the Russian Federation for departure from the territory of the Russian Federation of separate types of the goods specified in Item 1 of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 15, 2010 to No. 521

1. Determine that till January 1, 2026 departure from the territory of the Russian Federation of the goods specified in Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 15, 2010 to No. 521 "About determination of check points through frontier of the Russian Federation for departure from the territory of the Russian Federation of separate types of goods", which are exported by road transport in addition to the check points through frontier of the Russian Federation established by this resolution is allowed from automobile check points through frontier of the Russian Federation according to appendix.

2. Operation of this resolution does not extend to the goods specified in Item 1 of this resolution if they:

a) are exported from the Russian Federation according to special customs procedure;

b) also demonstrations at exhibitions, fairs, the international meetings and other similar actions are held for use;

c) decrease from the Russian Federation according to customs procedure of re-export if such goods before profit on the territory of the Russian Federation, were in the place of arrival or in other customs control zone located in close proximity to the place of arrival and were not located under any customs procedure;

d) are exported from the Russian Federation in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union through the territory of the state which is not the member of the Eurasian Economic Union;

e) are the products and (or) materials serving or intended for protection, placement, fixture or separation of goods for the purpose of safety of transportation of goods by road transport and (or) observance of specifications of placement and fixture of such loads and concerning which export customs duties in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation are not paid.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
