Rules of provision of the right to draft deferment on military service on mobilization to the citizens of the Russian Federation working in the organizations of defense industry complex

1. These rules determine categories of citizens of the Russian Federation from among working in the organizations of defense industry complex (further - the organizations) which are granted the right to draft deferment on military service on mobilization, and procedure for provision of this right.

2. The right to draft deferment on military service on mobilization according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2022 No. 647 "About the announcement of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation" (further - draft deferment on military service on mobilization) is granted to the following categories of citizens of the Russian Federation - the heads, specialists and workers working in the organizations and participating in task performance of the state defensive order (further - citizens).

3. The list of the organizations is developed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation with breakdown on subjects of the Russian Federation taking into account offers of State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" and State corporation on space activities Roskosmos, affirms in 5-day time from the date of entry into force of these rules and goes to the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.

4. Statements from the list of the organizations are led up the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation to military commissariats of appropriate subjects of the Russian Federation in 3-day time after receipt of the specified list of the organizations.

5. The draft deferment on military service on mobilization is granted to citizens by the draft commissions on mobilization of citizens based on lists of the citizens directed by heads of the organizations, in 3-day time after receipt of the specified lists of citizens.

In lists of citizens surname, the name and middle name (in the presence) of citizens, year and the place of their birth, category from among the these rules specified in Item 2, and also extent of their participation in task performance of the state defensive order are entered.

6. The organizations in which the citizens who received draft deferment on military service on mobilization in week time from the date of dismissal of such citizens work shall inform on it the corresponding military commissariat.
