Procedure for filling of the requirement about delivery of the automotive vehicle and the goods which are in it to the storage location

1. The requirement about delivery of the automotive vehicle and the goods which are in it to the storage location (further - the Requirement) is filled in in the form established in appendix No. 1 to this order, on paper on standard sheets of paper of format A 4, in Russian.

2. When filling the Requirement the name of customs authority and surname, name, middle name (in the presence) of person managing the automotive vehicle to which the Requirement is exposed are specified.

3. In paragraph one of the Requirement are specified:

after words "orders on customs examination from" date and number of the order on customs examination;

after the words "it is required to deliver to the storage location" the address of the storage location determined in part 12 of article 261 of the Federal Law of August 3, 2018 No. 289-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" <*>.
