1. Provide in 2022 to open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of principal debt on the credit issued in 2022 in the amount of 300 000 000 Belarusian rubles with establishment of interest rate in the amount of refunding rate of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus increased by four percent points, for the term which is not exceeding three years, to national association "Belarusian railroad" for obligation fulfillment before open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank, ASB Leasing limited liability company, debt repayments before the republican budget for the performed warranty payments and also financings of productive and financial activities.
The payment for provision of the specified guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus is made one-timely in the amount of percent 0,01 from credit amount.
2. To the Ministry of Finance to draw up in accordance with the established procedure the guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus specified in part one of Item 1 of this resolution.
3. The personal responsibility for timely and complete obligation fulfillment on repayment of the loan, Item 1 of this resolution specified in part one, is assigned to the Chief of the Belarusian railroad.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
