About provision of draft deferment on military service on mobilization

1. Determine that the draft deferment on military service on mobilization is granted to the citizens getting education of appropriate level for the first time, studying on internal and intramural and extramural forms of education:

a) in the educational and scientific organizations for the educational programs of secondary professional and higher education having the state accreditation (including to programs of internship and programs of assistantship training);

b) in the educational and scientific organizations for programs of preparation scientific and research and educational personnel in postgraduate study;

c) in the organizations performing educational activities for educational programs of secondary professional and higher education (including to programs of preparation scientific and research and educational personnel in postgraduate study, to programs of internship and programs of assistantship training), the innovative scientific and technological centers located in the territories;

d) in the spiritual educational organizations for the educational programs directed to training of attendants and religious personnel of the religious organizations, to educational programs of secondary professional and higher education.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing and extends to the legal relationship which arose since September 21, 2022.
