About rendering services in carrying out the state technical inspection of vehicles

Based on paragraphs of the sixth and eighth of Article 10 and part four of article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 "About traffic" and in pursuance of paragraph two of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2021 No. 134-Z "About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About traffic" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 313-Z

1. Establish standard form of the service provision agreement on carrying out the state technical inspection according to appendix.

2. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for carrying out the state technical inspection of vehicles and their admission to participation in traffic approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2008 No. 630, the following changes:

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. For the purposes of this provision the following terms and their determinations are used:

the vehicle owner – the legal entity or physical person performing operation of the vehicle belonging to it on the property right, the right of economic maintaining or operational management or on other bases, stipulated by the legislation or the agreement;

control and diagnostic works – check (diagnostics) of technical condition, design, the equipment, exterior and picking (further – technical condition) the vehicle on compliance to requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union and Eurasian Economic Union;

permission to the admission of the vehicle to participation in traffic – the document confirming vehicle compliance to requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union and Eurasian Economic Union, and also availability of the documents specified in Item 13 of this provision.";

State checkup of trail cars is performed as a part of the road train.";

"10. By results of state checkup the diagnostic card of the vehicle and the delivery and acceptance certificate of the rendered services are drawn up.

The diagnostic card of the vehicle and the delivery and acceptance certificate of the rendered services are issued to the vehicle owner.".

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 22, 2022.

Subject of this agreement

1. The contractor shall render services in carrying out the state technical inspection (further – state checkup) the vehicle (except for the wheel tractor and trail car to it) (further – TS) according to appendix to this Agreement at the diagnostic station (stations) (further – DS) the contractor, and the customer – to accept and pay these services in accordance with the terms hereof.
