About enhancement of payment system of cash allowance of the military personnel and law enforcement officers of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of improvement of material wealth of the military personnel and law enforcement officers and providing proper conditions for accomplishment of obligations of military service and service in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 66, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1) since October 1, 2022 to raise the allowance for service to 80 percent of total annual wages to the military personnel and law enforcement officers of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for employees of system of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) to take necessary measures for implementation of this Decree.
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
