About classification of sterilizing box (steam sterilizer) according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. The sterilizing box (steam sterilizer) representing product from stainless steel with the openings providing assignment of vapor in the course of temperature processing of the objects placed inside in which design there are no double bottom and walls, and also heating element, intended for placement of different objects of medical appointment for the purpose of their subsequent sterilization in steam sterilizers, transportations to the place of use and storage during the term of preserving sterility according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 is classified in goods item of the 7326th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
