According to Item 16 of article 26 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules and terms of representation by the legal entity created according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, providing according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan accounting of pension contributions, social assignments and social payments, fees and assignments on compulsory social medical insurance, the available information about physical persons according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of the available information about the physical persons represented by the legal entity created according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, providing according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan accounting of pension contributions, social assignments and social payments, fees and assignments on compulsory social medical insurance according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 22, 2016 No. 451 "About approval of form, terms and Rules of submission of information about physical persons by the legal entity providing according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on provision of pensions accounting of pension contributions, social assignments and social payments" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 14290, it is published on October 17, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let);

2) the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 8, 2017 No. 90 "About modification of the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 22, 2016 No. 451 "About approval of form, terms and Rules of submission of information about physical persons by the legal entity providing according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on provision of pensions accounting of pension contributions, social assignments and social payments" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15015, it is published on April 28, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

3. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislative procedure:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2021 and is subject to official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules and terms of representation by the legal entity created according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, providing according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan accounting of pension contributions, social assignments and social payments, fees and assignments on compulsory social medical insurance, the available information about physical persons (further – Rules), are developed according to Item 16 of article 26 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) and determine procedure and terms of submission of the available information about physical persons (further – Data) the legal entity created according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, providing according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on provision of pensions accounting of pension contributions, social assignments and social payments, fees and assignments on compulsory social medical insurance (further – the Legal entity).

Chapter 2. Procedure and terms of representation by the legal entity created according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, providing according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan accounting of pension contributions, social assignments and social payments, fees and assignments on compulsory social medical insurance, the available information about physical persons

2. Data are represented by the Legal entity daily in process of changes of Data.

3. Data are represented from the automated information system "Organization of Payment Processing" of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan by means of lock of "the electronic government" of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the information system "The Integrated Database" of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the automated procedure in the form approved according to appendix 2 to this order.

4. The committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides confidentiality of information obtained within these rules.
