4) form of the regular notification on participation in the international and regional organizations for technical, sanitary and phytosanitary measures of Information center for technical barriers in trade, to sanitary and phytosanitary measures according to appendix 4 to this order;
5) form of amendment to the notification within Agreements of the World Trade Organization on application of sanitary and phytosanitary measures of Information center on technical barriers in trade, to sanitary and phytosanitary measures according to appendix 5 to this order;

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 14, 2012 No. 319 "About approval of form, rules of filling and submission of notifications of Information center on technical barriers in trade, to sanitary and phytosanitary measures" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8012).
3. To provide to committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2021 and is subject to official publication.
