Some questions of mitigation of consequences of emergency situations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on State commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 26, 2015 No. 18 "About State commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 8, the Art. 191), which is applied.

2. Appoint the Minister of Energy the works manager on mitigation of consequences of military emergency situation of the national level in electric utility systems.

Change which is made to Regulations on State commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations

Add provision with Item 5-1 of the following content:

"5-1. State commission for the purpose of development of offers and recommendations about coordination of implementation of actions for elimination of effects of destructions and recovery of the critical public infrastructure destroyed as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine forms the working groups of number of representatives central and local executive bodies, local government bodies and subjects of managing.

Members of such working groups and regulations of their work affirm State commission on representation of the relevant central executive body to which competence questions on elimination of the corresponding effects of emergency situations are carried. Material, organizational and other support of activities of working groups is assigned to the specified central executive body.

At the meetings the working groups develop offers and recommendations about coordination of implementation of actions for elimination of effects of destructions and recovery of the critical public infrastructure destroyed as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine which are fixed in protocols of meetings of such working groups and are brought for consideration at meeting of State commission.

The offers and recommendations fixed in protocols of working groups are submitted for consideration of State commission by the corresponding head of one of the central executive bodies or his first deputy (deputy) who heads working group.".
