About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for development of the national film industry and further enhancement of system of the state support of cinematography of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 20, 2022 No. 159
For the purpose of further development of national motion picture art and raising on qualitatively new level of national cinematography, according to the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for development of the national film industry and further enhancement of system of the state support of cinematography of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 20, 2022 159, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No.:
1. Form Public institution "Kyrgyzserial creative production association (further - GU "TPO "Kyrgyzserial") under Department of cinematography under the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1) to develop and approve:
- The charter of GU "TPO "Kyrgyzserial" under Department of cinematography under the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- regulations of work of the Bishkek international Film Festival;
2) to take the organizational and other measures following from this resolution.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Department of cinematography under the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 16, 2012 No. 241 the following change:
- to state the scheme of management of Department of cinematography under the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of standard limiting states of cultural institutions, arts and information" of August 18, 2017 No. 495 the following changes:
- add Item 1 with the paragraph the twelfth the following content:
- "public institution" Kyrgyzserial creative production association according to appendix 9-1;";
- add with appendix 9-1 in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
5. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of qualification requirements for employees of cultural institutions, art, information and cinematography" of May 29, 2020 No. 278 the following changes:
- add Item 1 with subitem 9-1 of the following content:
"9-1) Public institutions "Kyrgyzserial creative production association according to appendix 9-1;";
- add with appendix 9-1 in edition according to appendix 3 to this resolution.
6. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of employees of cultural institutions, arts, information and sport" of March 30, 2022 No. 185 the following change:
- to add appendix 9 to the above-stated resolution with Chapter 1-1 in edition according to appendix 4 to this resolution.
7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
8. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
