About reorganization of the republican state state company "Uralo-Atyrausky Sturgeon Fish-breeding Plant" of Committee of fishery of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the republican state state company "Atyrau Sturgeon Fish-breeding Plant" of Committee of fishery of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize the republican state state company "Uralo-Atyrausky Sturgeon Fish-breeding Plant" of Committee of fishery of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the company) by accession to it of the republican state state company "Atyrau Sturgeon Fish-breeding Plant" of Committee of fishery of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company Committee of fishery of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the company activities for withdrawal of sturgeon species of fish from the native habitat, except for fishing in the reproduction purposes and research fishing, to their purchase, conversion and realization of their caviar and other types of products which belong to activities of the subject of the state monopoly in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fauna;

3) object of activity of the company, the subject of the state monopoly who is technologically connected with activities in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fauna, activities for artificial reproduction of sturgeon species of fish, realization of fish stock and individuals of sturgeon species of fish in live type after withdrawal from them sexual products in the reproduction purposes.

3. To the ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation (registering bodies);

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2019 No. 479 "Questions of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change:

in Regulations on the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
