General requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them in case of issue of the conclusion on import to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and transit through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it

Data on quantity of weapon and cartridges to it, surname, initials, series and passport number or identity certificates of person responsible for import (export) (physical person), the state from which weapon and cartridges to it is imported customs clearance station (Item of boundary transition) through which import is performed

The statement of physical person and legal entity in forms, according to appendices 1 - 2 to Rules of rendering the state service "Issue of the Conclusion on Import to the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Export from the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Transit through the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Civil and Office Weapon and Cartridges to It", approved by the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2020 the ode No. 254 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 20184)

Availability of the draft of the conclusion which is drawn up according to methodical instructions for filling of single form of the conclusion on import, export and transit of the separate goods included in the Single inventory to which prohibitions or import restrictions or export by state members of the Customs union within Eurasian economic community are applied (further – EEU) in trade with the third countries approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 16, 2012 No. 45

The draft of the conclusion which is drawn up according to methodical instructions for filling of single form of the conclusion on import, export and transit of the separate goods included in the Single inventory to which prohibitions or import restrictions or export by state members of Eurasian economic community in trade with the third countries approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 16, 2012 No. 45 are applied

Absence not extinguished or not removed in the procedure for criminal record established by the law for crime execution, releases from criminal liability on not rehabilitating bases before the expiration of lower limit of the custodial sanction prescribed by the corresponding part of Article of the Special part of the Criminal Code of Kazakhstan, making repeatedly within year of the administrative offense provided by Articles 127, of 128, of 131, of 382, of 434, of 437, of 438, of 440, of 443, of 444, of 448, of 450, of 462, of 481, of 482, of 484, of 485, 485-1, 486, of 487, of 489, of 490, of 492, of 493, 506 Codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan about administrative offenses, making of the criminal offense provided by Articles 287 (part one), 288 (part four), 289, 296 (part one, second and third), 389 (parts one and the second) the Criminal Code of Kazakhstan and administrative offense, provided by Articles 73, 73-1, 73-2, 453, of 461, of 476, of 477, 478 and 488 Codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan about administrative offenses at persons having access to weapon and cartridges to it.

Lack of information about persons having access to weapon in accounting of law-enforcement bodies and (or) homeland security through fight against extremism, terrorism or organized crime

Data on availability or lack of criminal record at persons having access to weapon and cartridges to it, the employee of law-enforcement bodies receives from information system of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan except for of foreign citizens. Information on availability or lack of information about persons having access to weapon in accounting of law-enforcement bodies and (or) homeland security through fight against extremism, terrorism or organized crime are requested by the employee of law-enforcement bodies considering documents after giving by the applicant of complete document package with not expired effective period
