About deepening of processes of privatization and privatization in 2006-2008

For the purpose of further deepening of processes of privatization and privatization of the companies of the leading industries of economy directed to increase in role of private property in economy, cardinal reducing share of the state in authorized capitals of economic societies, and also broad attraction in development and upgrade of the companies of direct investments including foreign:

1. Approve lists:

the companies and objects in which not placed assets of the state completely are implemented in private property, according to appendix No. 1;

the companies and objects in which not placed assets of the state are subject to realization in 2006-2007 on zero redemption value, with adoption of investment obligations by investors, according to appendix No. 2;

the companies having strategic importance in which authorized capital not placed assets of the state (including earlier contributed to authorized funds of economic associations) are subject to realization according to the decision of the State tender commission in private property in the period of 2006-2008 with adoption of investment obligations, according to appendix No. 3.

Determine that the objects and assets of the state unrealized at the scheduled time in the companies specified in appendix No. 1, are subject to realization on the basis of decisions of the State tender commission on zero redemption value, with adoption of investment obligations by investors.

2. To the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the ministries, departments, bodies of economic board, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent to approve schedules in a month and to provide timely and proper evaluating, exposure to the biddings and realization of the companies, objects and other assets of the state included in appendices No. No. 1, 2 and 3.

3. Approve lists of children's recreation camps:

the labor unions of Uzbekistan and large enterprises transferred to fixed assets of the Federation Council, according to appendix No. 4;

subject to liquidation, with realization of property at the exchange biddings, according to appendix No. 5.

Determine that transfer of children's recreation camps from balance on balance is not the taxation object on tax on the income (profit) and the value added tax.

4. Determine that in case of implementation of the state blocks of shares and shares of the companies to which tasks on storage of material values of the state mobilization and strategic reserves are assigned obligations on accomplishment of these tasks remain behind the privatized companies on contractual basis.

5. Exempt the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan from payment of the state fee in courts, including economic, on the cases connected with implementation of the powers assigned to it.

6. Make changes and additions to some acts of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 6.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
