1. Create the Agency of military science and memory - the administrative authority subordinated to the Ministry of Defence, by means of reorganization by merging (merge) of public organization "Center of Military Culture and History" and the Center of strategic researches in the field of defense and safety under Military academy of Armed forces of Alexander persons Boone.

2. The agency of military science and memory is successor of the rights and obligations of public organization "Center of Military Culture and History" and Center of strategic researches in the field of defense and safety under Military academy of Armed forces of Alexander persons Boone.

3. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency of military science and memory, according to appendix No. 1;

2) Structure of the Agency of military science and memory, according to appendix No. 2;

3) to Organigramm Agentstva of military science and memory, according to appendix No. 3;

4) changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 4.

4. Establish the extreme number of staff of the Agency of military science and memory in number of 75 units, with the annual salary fund according to the legislation.

5. Persons Boone to perform release of personnel in connection with reorganization of public organization "Center of Military Culture and History" and Center of strategic researches in the field of defense and safety under Military academy of Armed forces of Alexander according to normative provisions in the field of work in case of impossibility of its transfer.

6. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 623/2011 about creation of public organization (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 139-145, 693).

7. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Defence.

8. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

Changes which are made to some Orders of the Government

1. In appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 939/2007 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Defence, structure and extreme number of its central office (2007, Art. No. 131-135, 975), with subsequent changes, line items 1, of 2, of 3, of 5, of 6, of 7, 12 and 13 to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
